Site layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent image drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
